Title: Budget workshops will be held at various times from 9:00am-4:00pm on the 2nd floor auditorium at 916 Main Street on July 15th, July 16th, July 23rd, and July 27th . The Budget Committee, which includes the Commissioners’ Court, may attend. The Budget Committee will hear request from County departments which are requesting County funding for FY2027. These requests may include but are not limited to precinct road operations and maintenance, capital expenditures, salaries, benefits, personnel issues, departmental operational expenses including travel and training expenses, contract and professional service expenses, and other budgetary requests. Discussions may include but are not limited to budget policies, priorities, timelines, and updates.
