Lubbock County Subdivision Regulations Section 5.4.2 allow the plat to be held in abeyance until the preliminary acceptance is achieved or the financial security is provided. The Developer has not completed preliminary acceptance process and has not provided the financial instrument required. Once the financial instrument is provided the plat will be filed.
