Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve Utility Permit #26-109 and authorize the County Judge to sign the resolution to allow Valor Telecom Texas, LLC to install approximately 2.40 miles of aerial fiber installation and 1.00 mile of underground fiber installation along CR 1200 to CR 6900 crossing at 13 intersections in Precinct 1.
