Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Interlocal Cooperation Contract with the Department of Public Safety for testing and analysis of seized drug evidence for the Criminal District Attorney’s Office.

Comment:
This two-year agreement is for not to exceed 140 cases per month to analyze seized drugs. Cost is $221,710.26 for first year FY27; $223,488.47 for FY 28.
