Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an Emergency Evacuation Contract with Randal County for mutual assistance in furnishing juvenile detention services.

Comment:
This agreement is a mutual evacuation agreement allowing for housing of juveniles for 30 days in the event of an emergency. This is at no cost to each party and extends for an additional 30 days should there be a need and allow time for a long term solution.
