Comment:

Diexon Group provides the Sheriff’s Office Armor packages.  There is a price increase for 2023-24 as noted in Exhibit A of the agreement. The SO has agreed to this increase.

Term: June 1 to May 31^st.  Diexon is in a vendor in good standing.
