Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Advanced Business Solutions for the loan of a copy machine in the Law Library.

Comment:
This copy machine has been in the Law Library for many years. Data-Line who previously had the machine on loan, sold to Advanced Business Solutions. This MOU establishes a new owner as well as changes that the paper for the machine will now be provided by the County. Advanced Business Solutions will continue to provide the toner and allow the Law Library staff to make copies at no charge. All monies collected for copies made by patrons will be collected by Advanced Business Solutions on a quarterly basis. Cost for a patron to make a copy is:
Letter, single side: 10 cents
Letter, double side: 20 cents
Legal, single side: 10 cents
Letter, double side: 20 cents
11x17, single side: 20 cents
11x17, double side: 40 cents
