Comment:

Sanex has for many years provided janitorial services for TAG and is in good standing.  Cost is $1,089.00 per month; term will be November 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. This is a short term to allow for the contract to start on September 1^st next year to match TAG fiscal year.
