Comment:
This agreement begins February 1, 2026 (changed from January 1st due to move in delay), for janitorial services at the new TAG facility is a continuation with their current vendor but is updated for new pricing based on the new building. Cost is $2,424.00 per month for trash pick-up and bathroom cleaning three times per week and twice weekly full cleaning services.
