Comment:

This is an annual agreement with VOTEC. This year they combined what is usually two separate agreements into a single agreement for voter registration data base and VoteSafe (poll books).

Term is October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.  This agreement was exempted from procurement by the Court on July 24, 2023 (agenda item #24) as a sole source as presented by the Purchasing Director.
