Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, this notice is to advise that the Lubbock County Election Commission will be in attendance on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Lubbock County Courthouse, 904 Broadway, 5th Floor, Lubbock, Texas to attend the posted meeting of the Election Commission. This notice is to advise of the meeting, and members of the public are invited to attend. Questions regarding this agenda should be directed at the Lubbock County Judge Curtis Parrish at 806-775-1330. The agenda is available on the County's website (https://www.lubbockcounty.gov).

OPEN SESSION
1.Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding the appointment, employment, and duties of the Lubbock County Elections Administrator.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
As authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section551.074(1), and Section 551.074, receive consultation and seek legal advice regarding commission's duties, regarding the appointment, employment, and duties of the Lubbock County Election Administrator.
CERTIFICATION OF POSTING
This will certify that a true and correct copy of the foregoing agenda has been posted 6/17/2026 by 2:00 p.m. on the official bulletin board and at the west doors of the Lubbock County Courthouse, Lubbock, Texas, as written notice of the date, place, and subject of the meeting of the Lubbock County Commissioners' Court to be held at the 5th Floor of the Lubbock County Courthouse, 904 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas. A true and correct copy of the Agenda and Certification has been filed this day with the Lubbock County Clerk.
