Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Dealer Deputy Agreement with Lubbock Motors-GM, Inc. dba Gene Messer Chevrolet.

Comment:
This agreement will allow for employees in the dealerships to be deputized by the Tax Assessor and assume responsibilities such as issuing motor vehicle registration receipts, and prepare and accept title transfers.
