Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center for the lease of night vision equipment to the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office.

This is an annual agreement to provide 10-night vision pocket scopes and 3 clip-on night vision weapon sights at a cost of $3,900.00 for the erm of July 19, 2024 to July 19, 2025.
