Comment:

This agreement with Phelps Dunbar is for the acquisition of right-of-way in regards to the Woodrow Road expansion.  This agreement will cover any conflicts of interest that arise between Crenshaw Dupree and Milam (agreement entered into February 14, 2022) and land owners for the same services.
