Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an agreement with MedSharps for medical waste disposal at the Lubbock County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Comment:
This is a new agreement for MEO. This is the same vendor that LCDC moved to in May. There have been no concerns with their performance at LCDC. Cost is $105 for first container and $25 for second. MEO generally will use two containers. Fuel Charge of $10; $17.50 OSHA compliance charge; pick up every two weeks.
