Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an interlocal cooperation agreement with the Lubbock County Water Control and Improvement District Number 1 for the collection of payments on tickets issued by the District.

Comment:

This agreement supersedes the interlocal entered into on March 28, 2022, this agreement allows for a 50/50 split on all District issued ticket fines between the District and County.  On Texas Parks and Wildlife tickets issued in the District, 60% goes to Parks and Wildlife, 25% to District and 15% to the County, per Texas Parks and Recreation Code 31.128(c).
