Comment:
This template has been approved by legal and will allow the County Judge to sign an agreement for non-secure facility as need by JJC. This is for placement at a service agency location by JJC when they do not have their own contract.
FY23 agreements were auto renewal; this will only apply to new vendors/
Term October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. FY24 rates are yet to be determined by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
